The devastating earthquake that struck Türkiye earlier this year left communities shattered and in dire need of support. In keeping with its core mission of extending help to vulnerable communities in need, Mercy Relief will contribute 20 safe and secure shelters purposed-built for affected families.
“Mercy Relief’s 20th anniversary is not only a commemoration of the work we do but more importantly, a reaffirmation of our commitment to serving communities who are most vulnerable. The container homes we are donating are not only shelters, but a step towards rebuilding lives and communities. We remain steadfast in our efforts to stand with the people of Türkiye during their time of need,” said Satwant Singh, Chairman of the Board, Mercy Relief who is in Türkiye for the handing over ceremony.
