- Not all primary schools were offering English education
- Teachers capable of teaching English had limited resources
Intervention and Impact
- Trained teachers in the teaching approaches and guidelines recommended by Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)
- 70 teachers benefited from training, improving the standard of English education at their schools
